PROJECT MANAGER (U.S. Citizen)
Education: Bachelor’s degree; preferably
in Business Admin, Management or Engineering from a US accredited
college/university or equivalent institution.
Experience: at least five (5) years of
experience in management of multi-function base operations. At least two years
of experience shall be as an independent field manager. Experience in a
management or
supervisory capacity in a
remote/contingency location with a multi-national work force is highly
desirable.
Security Clearance: Must maintain a
Secret Clearance
EMBASSY EXPIDITER (U.S. Citizen)
Education: Bachelor’s degree; preferably
in Business Administration, Management or Engineering from a US accredited
college/university or equivalent institution.
Experience: The Embassy Expediter shall
have at least five (5) years of experience in management of multi-function
base operations. Experience in a diplomatic, management or supervisory
capacity in a remote/contingency location with a multi-national work force is
highly desirable.
Security Clearance: Must maintain a
Secret Clearance
SAFETY MANAGER
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in
Safety, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical
Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Health
Physics, Fire Prevention Engineering, or other related engineering and
scientific fields, based on a four year course of study from a U.S. or
equivalent accredited college or university or equivalent institution. The
Safety Manager shall be a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
Experience: At least three (3) years
experience as a Safety Engineer or Safety and Occupational Health Management
Specialist. Air Operations/FAA safety experience is highly desirable.
PILOT IN CHARGE (U.S. Citizen)
Rotary and fixed wing qualified.
Qualified to manage operations in accordance with FAR Part 119 and Part 135,
continuously in compliance with FAA and Philippine CAA regulations. FAR Part
135 HazMat Training and NVG qualification required. Rotary wing experience in
mountainous terrain and patient evacuation at high altitudes required.
Aircraft currently in use include Casa 212 and Bell 212/214 but these may
change.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Education: Bachelor’s degree; preferably
in Engineering, Mathematics, or Scientific fields from a US accredited
college/university or equivalent institution.
Experience: at least five (5) years of
experience in as a Quality Control Engineer or experience gained by performing
specialized work in a closely related professional occupation such as
Industrial Engineering or other engineering and scientific fields. Prior
management experience is highly desirable.
